Uniqlo - Get back in line for your second transaction

Their system is capable only of either a return or a sale. But not both. So staff tells me that I can make my return but get back in line to make the purchase.

Uniqlo Customer Care Review

Purchased several hundred dollars worth of gift cards for Christmas presents at Bellevue WA store. I had one extra that was unused and not gifted. They would not accept a return within too weeks, with the receipt. Floor manager "too busy" to see me.
