I placed two online ordered and never received them. I called customer service and was placed on hold while they tried to tracked the packages.

The first time I called, they told me to call my local post office to make sure the package was delivered. I called and they told me it was delivered( like what the tracking info said). The second time I called, I was placed on hold for over 30 mins so the rep can place a "trace" with FedEx. I was informed that FedEx will call ME within 3 days.

Its been 5 days since the second time I called and I did not receive a call from Uniqlo or FedEx. Therefore, I call in today for the THIRD time. The wait time to speak to a rep was 30 mins. Now I am on hold AGAIN so the rep can check with FedEx.

(Current call time is 1:00:51) This is the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced shopping online. I would not recommend anyone to order anything from their website because getting a refund is nearly impossible even though they are the one at fault.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
