Made an intentional purchase over $200 for their 2-day shipping. 2-day shipping never came, instead according to the tracking information, it was coming ground 7day.

Contact online, (twice) no responses. Call the 1800 number, Rep said they will call the shipping to expedited. Never happen. According to tracking still on ground 7-day shipping.

So why did I spend the extra $40 for 2-day shipping when it never was going to come 2-day. False advisement! Don't waste extra money hoping for better customer services or fast shipping, it will never come. The minute I got the tracking information I email them, its been over 4 days and they still haven't written back to address my concern or anything.

What a great job, this company is doing. I promise after this I'm not shopping here anymore.

This is beyond ridiculous of such a large company to have such customer service behaviors. They may not make it to see 2020 at this year, next business to fail.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
