After contacting Uniqlo and waiting over an hour on the phone to speak to someone, I was lied to about my package arriving on time. Since I knew that I would have to pay for the return, I returned the items in store which was a better experience! How can the phone service be so bad???

Why forcing customers to download mobile apps to enjoy the discount offered? not every customer wants to download your app and add 'road bumps' to the buying process and experience. It really *** me off at the counter when wanted to pay and have sort out the mobile app requirement. Don't worry will buy uniqlo LAST in future. Just really Bad taste.
