Uniqlo - Worst online purchase and pick up store

Its been 9 days from the time i purchase online at uniqlo.i order last nov 1 and its already nov 9 still the status of my order is processing. We called the costumer service all they can say is wait for the email that its ready for pick up!they can not do anything about it just wait for the email!! Worst online purchase and costumer service!
