Buyer beware. Store management and clerks are not able to problem solve or help customers.

I had personal reasons for missing their 60 day return policy and there are no exceptions, efforts to help. All they could do was point to the fine print on the receipt. There was no effort made to tell corporate about how the policy affects customers. I will not be shopping at this store again and will warn my friends and colleagues about their short-sighted policies.

This is a market where Nordstroms and REI hold customers in regard. All this for $15 for a product that was still in stock, never worn, and mis-shelved in the store making it easy for a customer to mistake the price.

The item was on a sale rack but was a regularly priced item. Really?

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I have the same experience!!! My mother's purchase (for my daughter) had not even been unfolded, since it was a gift.

I took one look and knew it was too small for my daughter. I sent my staff to the store several times, to ask for consideration (of the 30-day return policy) since the purchase (one pair of pants and 2 sets of sleepwear) would go to waste. The personnel - who claimed she was 'part of management' - wouldn't budge, even though we had returned 4 times. I asked to speak with the manager.

She insisted he/she was not around. I asked for the email address, so I could email to ask for consideration. She went to a backroom, and didn't return for the next 15 minutes. She came back with an email address to a person who lived in another city.

I asked for the store manager's email address, because either he/she was not around or did not want to come out of his office. She wouldn't give me an email address until I told her she was now making me angry. Another 5-10 minutes later, she finally gives me the email address. When I asked who she was, she said she was a "management trainee".

Wow. I expected more from a Japanese brand.
