Uniqlo - Unfortunately we can do nothing

When you have problem, they keep telling you unfortunately we can do nothing. This is by far the worst customer service company I have ever met. Just pray nothing goes wrong if you really want to buy there stuff online. {{Redacted}}

Uniqlo - Is anybody there?.

I tried to contact using all e-mail options 8 times. NO ANSWER TO ANY! NO PHONE NUMBER. Very bad custom service. Once I did return 4 items too small and it took 3 weeks for the refund. Clothes are good but customer service absolute RUBBISH!

Uniqlo - Get back in line for your second transaction
